By now, you may have heard of Cloud Storage. If you haven't, well, I'm now introducing you! Cloud Storage is a great way for you to access files that you may have on your computer, whether at home or at the office. This is a pretty close way of gaining remote access to your files.
I would like to introduce one particular Cloud Storage brand to you: Dropbox. This one holds a sentimental place in my heart because it was the first brand I setup an account with (sigh...). But I want to talk features with you for a minute so you can know what to use it for.

Dropbox has a client that you can install on your local desktop or laptop computer that will sync all the files you save in your Dropbox folder locally, allowing you to access those files while you're away from your desktop or laptop, or wherever you are, for that matter. In fact, if you have a mobile device, you can install the app on your device and access your docs from that device as well.

Need to share files with a Client or business associate? Dropbox will allow you to share a specific folder with either one or multiple individuals that can access that folder. This allows you to upload and share documents with either genre instantly. Oh, and no one can access your entire Dropbox folder from a folder you share with them.
